For Medical Deliveries HiPPA Certificate

All required insurance policies, including auto liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence, cargo coverage with a minimum of $100,000, and workers' compensation insurance (Amount may vary depending on the vehicle)

Carriers with Box Truck 24ft and over

An active DOT number and a valid MC number
